Surprisingly the first time I ever heard this was not the original, it was a sample from a Talib Kweli & Z-Trip song that my friend Eben showed me. Speaking of Eben… I have him to thank for probably over half of the music I now listen to, he showed me so much amazing music, and I thank him so much for that. Love you bud! Hopefully someday soon I’ll hear you knockin’ at my door.

Oh, and if somehow you have never listened to Wings before… you need to. Go right now, and listen to the album Band on the Run. One of my favorite albums of all time. Simply amazing. ❤

Here’s the Talib Kweli & Z-Trip song I first heard this from. The sample starts at about 2:20, there are a lot of great classic rock samples in this album. I don’t think this is the best song on the album or even close. So if you don’t like it I still definitely recommend checking out the whole album if you like Hip-Hop because it is a 5 star album in my opinion.

Faces – You Can Make Me Dance, Sing Or Anything

All the posts recently have been about a certain girl. I can’t help myself. XD

This song was never on a studio album by Faces, it only appeared as a single, and later on a best of album.

I first heard this at Etcha Petcha while playing pool with Vito, Kristian, and Glenn.

Kristian gets props for playing it. I had a great time that night playing pool and darts with them. I’m looking forward to more memories there with those people.
